Returns and Warranty Policy

Returns of stock items may be subject to a handling or refinishing charge. Material made-to-order is not returnable.

Phoenix Lock Company warrants all products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the original order date. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of those goods. Phoenix Lock Company is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling, tampering or abuse, nor any events outside our control. Phoenix Lock Company makes no warranty that hardware depicted or described herein is suitable for any particular purpose. Phoenix Lock Company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, the payment of any labor costs or other expenses involved in the use or installation, return or replacement of merchandise.

Defective merchandise must be reported within thirty (30 days) from receipt of your order and must be held for inspection. Merchandise which has been disposed of will not be considered for claims. All claims for billing errors, shipping errors or defective merchandise must be submitted within thirty (30) days from receipt of product. Warranty claims should be made through the distributor or dealer from whom the items were purchased.
